On the eve of their return to Australia, British trio, Band Of Skulls release “Wanderluster”, the new single from their Top 40 album, “Sweet Sour”. Typically riff-heavy, this song is more subdued than its predecessors, exposing a more sensitive side to the band.
The band’s latest album has received widespread acclaim from Australian media with Rolling Stone calling it “a smoldering, gin-stained embrace of gritty rock matched equally by gentle, undulating melodies” and Blunt proclaiming that “‘Sweet Sour’ could well be their breakaway record.”
Band Of Skulls has been announced to perform at Splendour In The Grass happening at Byron Bay from July 27 – 29, as well as sideshows in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth and Spin Off Festival in Adelaide.
