Gavin James, one of the leading breakthrough artists of the past year, has returned with his new single ‘Hearts On Fire’. ‘Hearts On Fire’ has been chosen as BBC Radio 1’s Record Of The Week beginning today.

‘Hearts On Fire’ is filled with infectious chants and a hooky chorus, and the track has already become a fan favourite when Gavin performs it live. Co-produced with Steve Robson (One Direction, John Legend, James Bay) and co-written with Sam Romans (Little Mix, Rag n Bone Man, Mary J Blige), the track is poised to become an instant classic.

Following the release of his breakout single ‘Nervous (The Ooh Song)’ in 2016, this year Gavin James leant his heart-warming vocals to Bliss N Eso’s single ‘Moments’. ‘Moments’ has just been nominated for Song Of The Year at the ARIA Awards.

It’s been a whirlwind 20 months for Gavin James following the release of his debut album Bitter Pill, which saw him sell over 2 million singles worldwide and amass half a billion streams on Spotify. As well as playing at festivals and sold-out tours around the world, Gavin has captivated audiences when he’s supported artists including Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith and Niall Horan. ‘Hearts On Fire’ is the first track lifted from Gavin’s highly anticipated sophomore album, due in 2018.
