Bryan Ferry - Juanita Stein - Frontier Touring

  • Bryan Ferry brings his World Tour to Australia and New Zealand in 2019
  • Joining him is The Howling Bells frontwoman turned solo artist Juanita Stein, touring her recently-released second album Until The Lights Fade
  • Ferry has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, via his acclaimed solo career and as lead vocalist/principal songwriter with Roxy Music

Frontier Touring is pleased to announce that Australian singer Juanita Stein will be joining one of Britain’s most iconic and sophisticated names, Bryan Ferry, as special guest on his upcoming Australia and New Zealand tour in February and March 2019, eight years since his last tour down under

‘Let’s Stick Together’, ‘Love Is The Drug’, ‘Slave To Love’, ‘Avalon’, ‘More Than This’, ‘Jealous Guy’, ‘Don’t Stop The Dance’… The acclaimed solo artist and leader of Roxy Music will perform four indoor headline shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Wellington & Auckland for Frontier. Tickets to all dates are on sale now via

With the recent release of her second album Until The Lights Fade, The Howling Bells frontwoman turned solo artist (and former singer for Aussie band Waikiki) has delivered yet another stunning collection of pop hooks, winning over critics in the UK and beyond:

‘A blistering return’ – Clash

‘Endlessly seductive and lush’ – The Line Of Best Fit

‘While there’s a link with the dark cool of her previous band, this is a leaner and grittier offering, more direct and dynamic’ – MOJO

‘Pop noir at its most sepulchral and seductive… This is songwriting of sharp wit, sonic infectiousness and immediacy’ – The Sunday Times

Recorded in Austin, Texas, with producer Stuart Sikes (Cat Power, White Stripes, Loretta Lynn), the latest single to be taken from the album is ‘Easy Street’, which came, explains Stein, very quickly:

“Everything about it felt intuitive and direct,” she says. “Touring for the last couple years has given some insight into people and their situations. You’re clocking up some good miles across various cities and countries, you see people getting by, doing what they can, being inventive with their realities. Hope/desperation isn’t limited to geography, everyone’s looking for an easy way out, essentially. This song is about someone running from their reality and trying to find a better life for themselves.”

Having just wrapped a nine-date US tour and currently supporting Villagers in France and The Netherlands, Stein will return to her homeland this summer for these special dates supporting Ferry, one of the most innovative and stylish artists in pop and rock music.

While in Australia, Ferry will also headline three a day of the green outdoor dates, with special guests I’m Talking, Died Pretty and Models. Visit for more information on those shows.

With a career that spans decades, including elegant covers, orchestral works, instrumentals and phenomenally successful chart singles, Bryan Ferry is not to be missed, with special guest Juanita Stein. Don’t delay in grabbing your tickets!
